1.Crealy Great Adventure Park- Carve your very own spooky pumpkin
Every child visiting Crealy from Saturday 22nd – Sunday 30th October you will receive a free pumpkin picked fresh from the Crealy fields. The Crealy team will be ready and be waiting to help you make creative jack-o’-lanterns in the Animal Kingdom. See the full event details here
2. Crealy’s Trick or Treat with the Treehouse Trolls
Are your children brave enough to take a trek into the spooky wilderness, come face to face with the mischievous Treehouse Trolls? A trick or treat is in store for guests of all ages, but the question is, “do you dare to enter the Creepy Treehouse and see what is inside?
3. The Donkey Sanctuary’s Halloween Events
- Halloween Hunt only £3 in the shop and receive a reward at the end.
- Carve your pumpkin in the barn – Monday 24th of October – Sunday 30th October 11am-3pm
- Face painting from Monday 24th of October – Sunday 30th October 11am-3pm

4. Exeter Phoenix’s – THE MEXICAN NIGHT OF THE DEAD BALL
Celebrate the Dead with a Dead Ball at Exeter Phoenix on Saturday the 29th of October 2016 between 8am-2am. Tickets are £12, and you must be 18 years or over to attend.
What a brilliant idea! Rather than going to disappointing friends Halloween party and forking out £30 on food & alcohol for them. You can instead pay £12 each to go to an organised, decent party that doesn’t end until 2 am! View the the Night of the Dead Ball here
5.Exeter Golf & Country Club – Firework Display
Exeter Golf and Country Club are going off with a bang on Friday the 4th of November 2016. There will be fancy dress, a Halloween disco, fairground rides, live music, food & drink and even a BBQ. Prices are £7.50 if you book before 31st of October and £10 thereafter for adults and £5 for children or £5.50 thereafter.
6. Halloween Moonlight Masquerade Ball
On the 29th October 2016 from 10:00pm-14:00 am, the Terrace in Exeter are hosting a brilliant Masquerade ball, spend the night on the Terrace rooftop bar. Enjoy the superb music of from the local Adam Isaac. The dress code is glamorous and intriguing! Tickets are £17, that is £7 booking fee in advance and then another £10 on the door. 7. Snakes and Lanterns at Powderham Castle
Take your little monsters to Powderham Castle; they can follow a pumpkin trail to win their very own pumpkin to carve in the Potting shed. They could also have a close encounter with some reptiles in the Potting shed. This event runs from the 23rd of October to 31st of October 2016 and is just the normal admission price to get in the castle. See more information here on Powderham’s event
8. Pecorama – Half Term Autumn event
One of the South west’s leading attractions Pecorama have organised a special Beer Frights Ghost train, your children can dress up in their favourite spooky fancy dress, and they even have unique Autumn restaurant dishes.
9.Babbacombe Model Village – Mini Horrors
The Model Village in Torquay is hosting a mini horrors event featuring fire and light effects and scenes from the workshop of horrors tours!

10. Roundtable Charity Fireworks Display at West Point!
Last but definitely not least, go along and have fun at the annual firework event at Westpoint! Most of Exeter go to this amazing spectacle usually. It’s now the biggest firework display in Exeter, enjoy fairground rides, stalls, food and more. The gates open at 5:30 pm and the fireworks start 7:30 pm. View more information and book tickets here.
