1. Exmouth’s RNLI history
Did you know that Exmouth’s first ever lifeboat was in 1804? Wow that’s one old boat!
2.The Jurassic Coast gateway
Situated at the mouth of the beautiful Exe estuary and at the very beginning of the Jurassic Coast, Exmouth is one of the most picturesque holiday resorts on the south coast.
3. Cliff top paths
The wonderful Clifftop path leads towards the neighbouring town of Budleigh Salterton with a beautiful beach.
4. Lympstone Commando
Lympstone Commando training centre nearby and was established in 1940
5. Exmouth’s Famous Ferry
A ferry also runs from Exmouth across the Exe, from here you can get a wonderful view of the South West Coastline.
6. The Beautiful red rock of Exmouth
An excellent way to view the vibrant red and burnt orange of the ancient Triassic rock of the Exmouth coastline is by taking a Jurassic Coast trip with Stuart Line Cruises.
